If sold over a week or two he/she would probably have saved quite some money.

MKRS had tripled from .20 to .60 in 2017, so probably a normal pullback. They've got some nice contracts. But seem to struggle bringing that to the bottom line. Maybe this time will be different.

I think it's often the no news that knocks MKRS down from its highs.
