There is much of what you are saying happening at current. I do expect the headwinds to overtake this in the coming month though. With the tax, healthcare, deregulation, interest rate increases coming they will benefit. Still waiting for them to bump dividend but probably after tax change. Brian is more cautious than Jamie.
One other macro event I expect to see is that capital is focused on tech right now with a large run happening now. This will lose steam and capital will be on the hunt for something new and that may be here. But this is a gut feel so don't take it as more than that.
