If any of what you posted was true, then that would be terrific news for MDMN shareholders (and Auryn as well) as it represents an asset that can be recovered in Medinah's lawsuit against Price. And I'm sure Auryn would love to get their hands on Price after he fleeced them out of 50% of their significant ownership position in MDMN.
But unfortunately, besides not making any sense whatsoever given the current state of affairs, what you stated isn't true. But I'll indulge you regardless, and ask you how you've come to learn about these "terms" of the Caren property. Do you have a copy of the contract or is this something that LP (the trusty paragon of truth and honesty that he is) told you?
