Thanks for the links. Delays again. It's the name of the game.

But pacermonitor is a costly private site for nothing. They charge 10 times as much as Pacer. It's a reseller. I understand that one can't link to pacer 2nd party, and maybe pacermonitor is easy for the first link to the title page I guess, but I wouldn't use it for research itself.

You can get a free registration with Pacer itself and I can download something like 1,400 pages a month before Pacer even starts to charge for anything. They don't charge the first 15 bucks a month. Plus you can download about 10 different types of document formats and stuff.
