The lawsuit will be taken care of in October...that's the latest details on that.

Actually There are TWO, not ONE major lawsuits.

1. Taub vs Arrayit, like you said by April 28 the plaintiff needed to resubmit motions, which they did on April 26. Now the judge has to review and decide. After that I believe the court has to set a trial date.
