I've asked about these form t trades in the past and that's the same answer I always got.

If anything, I'm thankful they didn't post that low mid day because it could have shaken others and furthered the drop. I wonder if they may have been protecting us from that.

No need. Otc has rules. It's simply a trade settlement posted ah. There is no actual trading after the close or premarket in the otc.
