Scottrade recognizes PIOE, but does not have a bid or ask yet. Also listed as a "grey market" stock. Probably need to wait for market opening.

PIOIQ stock was cancelled yesterday effective at 17:00. So it really shouldn't be showing up in anyone's brokerage account. Guess each brokerage handles these things their own way.
