Bantering about a lawsuit in order to get the share price UP won't work.

I have seen some of the most elaborate dances ever, around a clear case.

Judgement was issued / amended 10k issued by the company.

You can't get around it without stringing together a set of tangibles that, if all falls in line, like a row of dominoes, TTCM will walk away from it unscathed.

This imagined path presently is not offered by the company.
