Pickups Plus Inc. the public company is not operational. But it is still a public corporation . It has not filed for bankruptcy. It has value.

Pickups Plus Inc. is no longer in business. However PUPS is still a public traded company with a symbol, PUPS has not filed for bankruptcy so it still has value.
