No, the downside to selling at .0001 instead of .0002 would be a 50% loss, the same as if you bought at .01 and sold at .0050.

The potential downside of not selling at .0001, of course, would be that in a week or two there are several hundred million shares on the ask at .0001 and you can't sell if you wanted to. That, or you get sucked through the R/S and come out with 1/1000th as many shares, which you won't be able to sell for a few weeks while debt holders dump the PPS right back to subpenny
