That's not a "bid" at 5. What's appears to be happening is someone is crossing millions (50? 100?) of shares to buyers AROUND the buyers on bid. This is why you can't get filled at 5 and the bid shown at 5 on yer L2 keeps growing. The 100 lot at 6 after each block at 5 is to get a print at the ask so as not, in theory, to drop the price lower. This is classic dumping done to raise cash via a designated MM. It's not necessarily a long term problem until all those shares get resold via individual investors. Too much, too quick and the bottom falls out. Nothing new here, it's done all day every day on the OTC. You can still make money if the fundamentals move strongly positive.
