Headline: American Cannabis Innovations Conglomerated to Acquire North American Cannabis Holdings and Puration

Reality: Letter of Intent to acquire the controlling interest in both North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (USOTC: USMJ) and Puration, Inc. (USOTC: PURA).

I wonder if this is on regulators' radar screens after the fluff PR's they paid for to get investors to think it is something other than acquiring a controlling interest, which may simply be getting special preferred shares to allow them to control the voting.
