NO new securities are being issued yet, period.
If they were, it would show up on FINRA's Daily List. No guesswork necessary in this case.
Also, once company announces their Bankruptcy Reorganization Effective Date (also know as the Plan Effective Date (PED)) cancellation of PIOIQ stock and replacement with NEW PIOI stock should be transparent and I presume will quickly follow the PED. Hopefully, company will give these details in their next PR. So far company has keep their promises as far as deadlines go, so I expect an announcement will come by COB Friday.
I'm sure they have a lot of actions to complete and some loose ends to tie up. Lets not expect miracles from them.
