You could be right. I'm not sure if you can trade ACTL right now. I haven't tried yet, and I notice that no shares have traded today, but I think some traded yesterday.
I knew they were being sued and that there was a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. That's all I really know at this point. I bought some at .0001 but not a lot, so I don't have a lot of concerns. Be careful with this one, it could be big trouble. Take your small shot but don't get carried away, that's my best advice. Invest heavily in your 401K instead.
