We still see the market taking a deep breath... some shareholders are seing the "(trading)-hell" now and they will continue to do that for a long time. This is the best chance for a longtime uptrend. But that time is not coming yet. It will be later, after the breath comes to the end AFTER the RS.

Don`t expect anything before from IPRE even if good news come up! We had to wait a little bit more (2-3 months from now).
