Looks like Russ started a new LLC but I haven't found any filings showing a name change for PMBS. Still listed as a delinquent SEC filing company. Patent still registered to PMBS. Russ trying to screw shareholders once again.
How can you just change an SEC filing company name without proper filings. A few phone calls may be in order.

Negotiations also involve NOHO working to re-launch a new iteration of the original migraine drug, called Lipigesic. Does not say PMBS but calls PMBS product by name!
