The answer is no but it may take years for them to create an economical feasibility plan and cash flows are better that stockholder dilution associated with companies at their stage. anyway it seems very interesting proposal but nothing to bet the house on it as there are bigger companies with more solids but costly plans in Australia, mexico, chile and argentine.
