Once again, the daily short numbers are completely meaningless with regards to the TRUE shorting of stock in any issue. Everyone who trades trip zeroes of the OTC knows this!
It's a simple thing to research. I suggest going directly to FINRA for the information rather than simply going by what you hear people say on message boards.
And to answer TheDridge17's question, NO. People don't short trip zero stocks. Ask your broker what it would take to do so.
