The only answer I see is that someone is profiting by continuing to make false statements about expired claims. Never any DD to back anything up, and obviously no research. I'd say CEO or someone very close to icbs who can profit from selling shares at 0.0001. Any other explanations you can think of???
That's why this scam is already banned and cease traded in Canada permanently.
