The Lims are not dumb enough to just pay a couple of million dollars for all of Eric mistakes over the last couple of years. We also now Jonathon decided his company and his dads shares did not matter after making Pali Road as it went dark, it is still very delinquent and could be suspended. How is that ok considering his fathers company owes basically the entire thing and loaned it a couple of million?
CRIM is a bad partner considering they decided to file NOTHING with SEC for two years. HHSE has a horrific time trying to become SEC reporting and register their shares. Why attempt to merge with a company like CRIM who appears to have little to no operations other than making one movie.
