Treasury doesn't need to wait for FHFA to end NWS. They have the authority to amend the SPSPA and end it themselves. Invalidates your argument.

"Another group this time ICBA pointing to WATTS. Are they ignorant? "

I don't know if they are ignorant...but they are wrong. Most likely it was a typo. If it wasn't, then they are ignorant and should read the 3rd Amendment which clearly states that only the Purchaser can end the NWS.

"Again, Treasury is waiting on FHFA to make the case to end networth sweep. So why far in this Administration Watts is mute? "

As I said in my other post, Watt has already made this case. Did you not read his last letter? It makes it QUITE clear what Watt's opinion on the NWS is and that he is advising the Treasury to end it. He even called Mnuchin out directly.

"I am not gonna argue with you the Political Point because you are disregarding it."

Yes, I do.

"Just like the Treasury who has no business on FHFA conservatorship duties and has to take advice from FHFA"

Except that ending the NWS is not one of the Conservator duties. If I'm wrong, make it simple...type to me the sentence in either HERA or the 3rd Amendment that states that one of the Conservator Duties is to end the agreement with the Purchaser.

Of course, such a statement doesn't exist...

"thus far he has gotten none from WATTS."

They have gotten SOOOOO much from Watt already. Read his last letter.
