If they are terminating the contract with Medmar and one condition is that they have to pay back the money to Medmar, that would mean that OWCP has got the money somewhere else...
Maybe the Monaco Growth Conferences were worth it after all.

Per Contract, Only OWC can repay the loan. One could even speculate an entire company acquisition by a major pharma with this 8k.
