$ELTP already has Epic/PuraCap as their sales/marketing Partner. PuraCap paid their $2.5 mil milestone to keep their partnership intact after the acquisition of Epic. Pharmacies and warehouses are already lined up.

After SequestOx is officially FDA approved, $ELTP would work out an expanded contract with PuraCap and that is what is going on now between $ELTP and PuraCap.
