If that's the case then VGID should be trading in the pennies already. Go VGID!!!

Wrong. Robert Campbell and Doug Homis own the majority of Fernhill shares. VGID got a piece of the spin off shares, just like a regular share holder.

"Please allow me to further clarify: I will be personally receiving 4.9% of the shares or 1,470,000 shares. We will be keeping 5% or 1,500,000 shares in a V Group account for future use in case V Group need to raise a small amount of funds. That total is 9.9% or 2,970,000 shares.
