I know this was not directed at me, but I have a healthy ego so I'll take a stab...

In order of the questions:

1) Closer to whatever you want to infer. The original statement was pretty ambiguous. Could be obtaining funding, klickzie beta testing, a lawsuit, thunderstorms, death, zombie apocolypse... Who knows. Take it how you will. My cup is half full on that one.

2) What judgement served against TTCM? I think TTCM will fare swimmingly in their current and future endeavors, including the lawsuit. You know, the one that actually names TTCM as a defendant. The one that has not heen ruled on as it is currently in litigation.

3) See #2, above. To answer the question though, not TTCM.
Payment of any judgement is the responsibility of the party judged against. I have no idea what that company's revs look like, nor do I care about them. I'm here for TTCM.

Closer to another lawsuit hearing?

How do you think TTCM will fare trying to skate out of that 2.3M dollar judgment served against them?

Who is going to pay for that with ZERO revenue coming in?
