This looks to be the merger that hi-lo had referenced. And it doent appear to me anyway as the same company. And again just speculation on everyones part but indont think this is the one? We qould have heard something. Look at global digital solutions purchase of Rontan for a clear example of just such a merger
This one seems to be hilos mergwr with the deadlines and all the conditions required etc.
