Looks like a total disaster. Remember, they were allegedly going to pay 2 million per year rent? Rotflmao. They will not even gross that. Lots of things don't add up for shareholders, like the CEO taking in more than the entire company does. Lots of off balance sheet companies with their finger in the pie here.
