Sadly you don't seem to understand that the 800,000 shares are IN THE OUTSTANDING COUNT ALREADY and not short. There WAS a transaction, be it legal or not. The fallacy of a "short squeeze" attributed to whatever decision comes about with those shares is just plain WRONG. There is nothing short about them.

Poster liable is spot on with the FACTUAL FINRA numbers.
