More than anything getting the name and symbol changes done is just another milestone on the road to making DOLV a visible and legitimate public company. As I mentioned those changes don't impact the company's intrinsic value or its operations.
Let me add one other bullet - with name and symbol change in hand, DOLV will be positioned to have a clearer, more robust investor relations function, starting with their website. Having "DOLV Ventures" out there would be off-putting to potential investors going to the site for info. I would imagine this is particularly true for potential Chinese investors who may already know the company and its products - they expect to see the name they already know when looking for investment info.
