Ace2727, it is obvious that you have no understanding on the law of contractual obliglations. The share holders have no say so on the matter. PP has not done anything illegal with Echo. ECho received the funds from PP in good faith and had no knowledge of their alleged charges. The receiver that is liquidating their funds will be in control of the funds received from any revenue that PP might receive from the technology and or development of a CGM to be commercialized.
Your comments regarding MTIA being a foreign entity makes no sense. MTIA has always had the technology from Echo to develop the CGM. The previous model failed and now they will have the latest version.

What ramad says, it makes sense, the doubt is aber for which they have located ALAN ??. Or is it expected to work miracles ???? If they have left it will be because it has something in hand or not ???
