You don't register capital on NVSOS, you register shares with a par share value. If the registered capital amount would have been $ 2 billion, the par share value had to be $ 1. But the par share value is 0.0000036, so the capital amount is $ 7200. That is how it works. Believe it or not, but they obviously made a mistake.

So is H-D a 2 billion dollar company? Or is it a $7200 company? The filing with Nevada SOS definitely shows $7200 with 2 billion shares.

I guess this is the MILLION dollar question.
