Flaviker, PP does not have 80% of the note. If an invester wanted to buy PP part of the note he still does not have majority. What idiot would do that. If anything an invester would have to buy out the whole note for about $6M. That will also not happen. The noteholders are in control and they will workout a deal whereby they will benefit from Echo's technology. The noteholders will restructure the note with any new partner. Why would any invester want to deal with Echo's baggage such as paying Hollander 400,000, and any shareholders suit as well as millions of shares that could be sold by the executives and board members.
