Since the drug is not available in the US and not FDA approved, I believe the intent is to limit exposure at this time. imo we will see much more US coverage once the new facility is complete or once FDA approval is gained.

Steve Burg did say that he was receiving calls almost on a daily basis from USA citizens about its availability.
Can you imagine a huge national coverage for a product that can't be purchased? ugh...... That would be down right sad for those for have Sickle Cell to read and be aware of a great new drug.....that they can't have yet.
The world will know of Nicosan before most of the USA citizens.
When the market is the world compare to the USA doesn't that make sense? But the FDA approval is the "Gold Standard". Once completed that's all she wrote$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
