Ya but that's diluting our money into other back deal companies isn't it? And at what cost. More options on Easton? You tell me. I like what there doing I just don't like where it's stemming from. Let's see the game plan and let us determine a educated guess. I am just saying. I'm all for building bust too much too fast. What does it mean put the puzzle together that was never cut out? Or do they now have stock in these other companies and don't give a blitz about us? Been floating here for quit some time bleeding. What the structure look like? Do your dd but I'm not qualified to determine this so I go off of gut. And loyalty and so far it's running the wrong way. Don't buy a company without money make the venture pay your company not take from there's shady vill and I'm stuck in it. Show us the love now and then.

Excellent info. We don't know the terms as of yet for the acquisition LOI but we do know revenues and profits for EAPH is associated with the acquisition. I'm sure the terms are favorable for shareholders. Another excellent move for EAPH.
