If you stop to think about it, whoever bought that 2.8 million got one hell of a buy.
Once an F-50 announcement is made, where will TTCM's PPS be after 2.8 million shares are bought???
How convenient it was for that buyer to find that many shares for sale at a bargain price.
My opinion is that million share buys will soon become commonplace if sellers want to put them for sale at these levels.
