That is absolutely wrong. All the poison pill does is place a speed bump in the road for someone who wants to takeover a company. The smaller the number of shares outstanding and the higher the current share price means the speed bump is higher, with the opposite meaning it is lower. If NNLX were trading at $2.00/share, then it would be expensive to get over, but the lower the share price coupled with less shares available for the poison pill, then the easier it is to overcome.

You should check your sources, you truly do not know what you're saying.
