That's not a true statement.. It just takes the right brokerage.

Any thoughts on this. Is the stock traded on the Frankfurt exchange ? If my understanding is correct, Frankfort allows shorting penny stocks and even naked shorting. Not sure if this is going on anymore but would like to know if it is a factor here.
