Surely they do not want to cross the A/S of 500 Mil. In the event they do then it is right back to their past practices which IMO Diamond certainly had a say so when they took restricted shares. Certainly they and their lawyers were smarter than that in lieu of their past R/S's. Of course IMO.
PS Somebody is scooping these shares up relentlessly at the current B/A. Very telling as demand is huge. Chances could be huge they become a buyout or buyer in a merger which could make them the 800lb. gorilla which gives them in a moat status.
