too many deals over the last few years that never quite materialize or come to a successful conclusion. just more and more promises. meanwhile shareholders have taken it in the shorts while management gets paid a hefty salary for delivering WHAT???? a .04 cent stock with probably close to 700 million shares because of all the dilution. management is not "atrayou"
