ECOS has always been nothing but a share selling scheme...a revolving door for toxic note writers.

The current 10 billion A/S will likely be maxed soon just from shares being issued to cover their past debt obligations IMO. The derivative liability has to be re-calculated to the date of each new filing, so no one really knows yet how many shares the obligations will consume?? 6 more filings to go LOL.
