I believe your analysis is faulty. If one doesn't want PXYN to fall below a penny, he/she should clearly maintain a bid of a penny or higher.

I've been studying the trading action for the past few days, but I am unabe to tell whether the "someone" to which you refer:

a) Stopped caring whether this ticker falls below a penny;
b) Continues to care, but was unable to PREVENT it from falling below a penny.

Your thoughts?
