Not trying to scare you out of any shares....Just hope you are able to afford the loss.....

I am out of this one for now, but maybe when it falls this week I will get back in and flip it one more time...IMO flipping is the only way to make money on this dream....

I as well as several other have flipped it a few times now and made some profit...But IMOP I would not want to be holding it when it falls because I believe it will fall fast and hard
