Ultrasux is a simple run of the mill phone app, combined with a table top software internet network 'radio media streaming station' copying and buying public domain dregs and reselling them through their app. Nothing illegal with that in itself. Of course, pirating some of the better quality media content could get a bit sticky.
Remember Big Bunny? That was a 4K media file publicly available from I think pixar BEFORE it appeared on ultrasux supposedly remastered by ultrasux and partnered with Disney or someone.
