She served 3 years FELONY probation which didn't expire until 01/19/2015 during which time she illegally continued to operate as an officer, director and control person of at least two publicly traded companies-- $EMXC and $MPIX. Hard as it is to believe she LIED to investors in disclosures (imagine that).
