I don't follow.

It appears that OJ covered his MMC short in November 2016. Couldn't that simply be window dressing to make the restructuring process with creditors go more smoothly?

I'm also scratching my head about the chairman of the company taking out such a massive short position to hedge his holdings in the first place.
