I totally agree that the time to buy is now. Jan has stated that the Master Plan for Cielo Mar has an expected completion date of Fall of 2017, and Jan has been spot on with hitting his planned target dates. I'm not a real estate expert, but I am sure the completion of this Master Plan will give much greater value to PGUS owned Ocean Front real estate.
