I have no idea. What I do think is that ELTP has been punished way below its fair market value. Among all penny stocks - I see ELTP as the most promising. Robust pipeline and cash flow positive without R&D expenses. R&D will result in many great drugs to market. Some generic and others like SequestOx. This will be an outstanding play - with patience IMHO. Max
