SOMEONE FROM FLORIDA CAN BUY OR SELL NTEK STOCK SO I DON'T SEE WHY A JUDGE FROM FLORIDA CAN'T ORDER TRADING HALTED. IF NOT I'M SURE IT'S JUST A SIMPLE FILING WITH THE SEC TO PUT THE BRAKES ON THIS SCAM. PLUS I'M PRETTY SURE LONG SIDES LEGAL REPRESENTATION WOULDN'T HAVE FILED A MOTION TO SUSPEND NTEK TRADING IF THEY COULDN'T GET IT. AT THIS POINT THE JUDGE IS PISSED BECAUSE NTEK ISN'T EVEN SHOWING UP TO COURT ANYMORE SO EVERYTHING IS GOING LONG SIDES WAY.

I don't remember now, but wasn't it part of the principals sentencing to not act as an officer or any capacity of any company for a number of years?

Meow would suggest that in this instance there may be others who are more familiar with court proceedings, and the consequences of criminality. A lifetime registered legal system user might be more expert in the ways of the courts. Sort of like how Meow is expert in having a orange striped tail, vs someone who has just read extensively about tails.
