They spent $300 Million on Centrino specific Advertising during the launch quarter - if they sold 3 million parts, that's $100 per chip in additional advertising costs over and above the corporate advertising overhead.

It better have sold well, with that much juice pushing it. Figure in normal overhead plus production costs and Intel's cost per Centrino CPU and chipset was over $300.
