someone posted today that he talked to him and said 2 weeks- I really don't know if that can be true- Tom has been so tight lipped on all other questions

CEO is an open book, when it comes to insider info he will not discuss anything regarding it. I respect his decision, but definitely a catalyst waiting to happen.

Tom stated he can not release any info on BVTK news as that would be insider information but did stated filings will be in the next couple weeks. News can come anytime.

Anyone talk to the CEO lately about releasing a PR?
